I purchase a caravan a few years with superb sea views the only problem was the handrail on the deck rails as it was just in your eye line when sitting down hence the change to glass.
I contacted Elite decking and spoke to Jake the sales manager to discus my thoughts of how l wanted the glass to be fitted and after various options were discussed Jake came to have a look and gave me a firm fixed very competitive price.
Now its fair to say installing glass to an existing deck is not as straight forward as a new deck and we did have some glitches along the way and this is where the difference comes

Can't recommend Elite Decking enough, very professional,very quick and the work that they carried out was amazing. From start to finish Jake sorted everything out, nothing was to much trouble, they even supplied temporary steps while we waited for the work to be carried out. Tom & Byron are a credit to the company, there work eithic second to none, could not fault them, two of the most polite lads, we are so happy, the decking looks fantastic 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend this company thanks Elite Decking.

Absolutely brilliant! The fitters, Pete and Jim were obviously very skilled and their workmanship is incredible. Kept them happy with a few coffee and 2 sugars (Tip: have some caramel wafers handy) and they kept my neighbour happy too. She sent me a text saying “I’m looking at two young men doing your decking stripped down to the waist. They’re making an old lady very happy”!!! Great guys, very good at what they do and the result is incredible. Can’t thank them enough for a fantastic job well done.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I had some minor issues with my lodge decking and could not get the original installer to come back to rectify them. I approached Elite Decking who were more than happy to help me out. They did all the repairs very quickly and professionally. Highly recommended.

Can't recommend Elite highly enough. Prompt, polite, professional, conscientious, tidy. Louis and Andrew replaced our old crumbling decking in just a couple of days. They had some great ideas for accommodating the difficult, steeply sloping ground and implemented them with expert precision, even building the deck around a mature tree in the process. Would not hesitate to use them again!

Andrew and Tom arrived on time they did the required groundwork then proceeded to build the decking
They worked until 8.00pm to make sure we were able to use the decking tonight
Leaving us with the most impressive decking
My wife is exstatic
One of their colleague's turned up to help with the clean up. I didnt get his name but again another fantastic worker
I cannot say enough about the whole experience from Elite Decking from Jake in Sales to the lads who fitted our fantastastic Decking
Thank you Elite Decking you will be getting my recommendation to everyone who asks who supplied our Decking
