Our vision to inspire learning early has grown over the years from a humble wish to care and nurture children to a workforce of over 380 Educators, Teachers and staff all working together to provide caring and educational experiences to realise each child's best potential. In 2019, we celebrate 31 years of educating and caring for children in the Moreton Bay region.
Our Redcliffe Service was expanded to include a specialised creche in a separate building. This was the first Brisbane facility to offer care for school children in a purpose built facility within the private sector. The team are fondly known as Sesame Lane Head Office. We continue to develop new and innovative ways to ensure all our Happy Healthy Learners experience learning and growth that will last a lifetime.

Services
Sesame Lane offers an exclusive Japanese Language Program delivered by fully qualified teachers of Japanese background. Kayo Sensei delivers a program to all Sesame Lane children tailored to their age and understanding. The program activates the language learning centre of the brain and broadens our children's views of the world.
Sesame Lane Educators in all rooms embed yoga practices into our routines with children from the Nursery right through to school children. Yoga postures provide creative ways to access, explore and move every part of the body. When we can develop an understanding of how something functions, the motivation to care for it will also develop.
Our Vacation Care children are well looked after, free from boredom and kept active in the school holidays. Our unique Vacation Care Programs get children out of the four walls to enjoy our beautiful Brisbane weather, fresh air and activities that build friendships. You can pick up a booking form from your Service Manager.
Full of experiences, smiles, laughter and activities to spark creative thinking, learning, imagination and inventiveness in everyone! Developed by Sesame Lane Educators, staff & friends, this is a place where you can learn and stay connected from anywhere, any time. Think of this as you would clay, you can make statues, decorations for special occasions or even a plaque for your bedroom door.
Your happy healthy learner's early learning journey begins at birth. From day one, they begin achieving milestones and building trusting relationships. When you trust your baby to us, you can feel confident our caring Educators are complementing the amazing job you're doing at home. This is the age where children first begin to communicate meaningfully and articulate their needs.

I've looked around for a few childcare before I came across to sesame lane mcLennan crt. Such a wonderful centre. Great safe equipment for the kids to enjoy and i absolutely love the arts and crafts the educators come up with. My boy loves his educators and I feel safe sending him to the centre daily. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for doing such a great job daily.

My some has been going to sesame lane dakabin for 3 months. He absolutely loves the staff there. As a first time mum, I have found the staff extremely helpful for any parenting or health questions I have. The cook there is lovely and has even given me helpful tips on recipes. Love getting the daily updates, on what my son has done throughout the day. Even the personalised ones on his development. I feel 100% comfortable having him there, knowing they care for my son and his health and development. Thank you all so much, Dakabin staff 😘
