You guys were better than great - you were outstanding in all areas. The banks created some unusual and difficult circumstances making this the most difficult and protracted purchase I have ever been involved in but you guys all kept me calm and informed throughout the entire process. Knowing I had such a professional and caring team looking… after my interests and guiding me through the different stages helped me deal with the emotional rollercoaster I was feeling with this purchase. Poor communication and follow-up, fobbed off , and failed to provide adequate service for the charges. Don't be fooled by glowing reviews as we were, trust me I have dealt with lawyers across multiple countries, they are far from professional, do not represent your interests, and I have to question what they did for the fee.
