Buying your home is probably one of the biggest financial transactions you will ever undertake. Contact your bank or broker to determine what finance you are eligible for so you can start searching for your new property within your price range. Inspect as many properties as possible within your price range (This will give you an idea of what different properties are offering enabling you to then compare value for money within your price range).
Before the house goes on the market it can be worthwhile investing some time sprucing it up! When preparing your home for the market the general rule is to spend as little money as possible. You pay it to the landlord/agent before moving in. Buying a home can be very stressful though, with a little luck, you will get quality help and assistance along the way.
