We got there in end. We had a bit of a complicated loan setup mainly due to at a time when Banks were being very careful with loans, so the process certainly took longer than expected and created some stress, however I fully believe this was all on the bank side and Derek kept on chasing. Derek also gave some good advice that validated that myself and partner were on the right track to how we planned to set things up for the next few years. Derek was able to meet us at his office even later on in evening to get all this sorted.

Derek is an absolutely top shelf bloke!!
We had been going to the banks and our credit union to be told to come back when we had enough for a deposit.
Then we were referred to Derek and Pauline at We Know Loans.
Derek came out to our home after working hours, went through our finances and advised us.
He gave us a budget and a time frame and said "if you can save this much per week for the next three months, we'll get you in."
We did it, in 8 weeks, and he got us our mortgage.
Derek made it possible when the big banks were just sticking their noses in the air.
Derek won't fluff it up either

Derek has definitely gone above and beyond taking care of my loan application. After a couple of issues (on the banks end - not Derek’s by any means) Derek personally delivered paperwork to the Docklands with almost no notice.
