Zoe from Birk Blinds went above and beyond to help us with our window coverings. Zoe recommended all the fabric choices and they look fantastic. The installer worked late at night so everything would be completed before we moved in and he was also great. Everyone who comes to our house comments on the window coverings saying how beautiful they look.

BEWARE OF BIRK BLINDS, STAY AWAY FROM THEM. l REPEAT STAY AWAY!!!
We had our house built through Porter Davis (PD) Prestige more than 18months ago. Birk installed Roman Blinds, Sheers and Plantation Shutters in our new build which amounted to approx. $20k
If l could give them a -5 star rating l would, they are very unprofessional, poor workmanship and very disrespectful. Their customer service is a joke - worst ever. The worst thing we ever did was select Birk Blinds at Porter Davis WOS. We almost kicked ourselves after signing the contract when we learned that the blinds at Porter Davis display

We built our house three years ago and got birk blinds installed, they look great, unfortunately within months they had started to fall apart. I was too lazy to contact them. On our Roman blinds all the attachments have come off so we cannot open then, and our roller blinds are stiff and get stuck so they are either stuck open or shut. When I finally had enough And had looked over how much we had payed almost 400 per blind! I contacted them it had just passed 3 years so warranty was over the girl was helpful and tried to help me out as much as possible but the company refused to help or send anyone

Excellent Customer Service- Excellent Product- Excellent Installer
My experience with Birk Blinds has been stellar. The shades and curtains were delivered promptly and the quality of the product greatly impressed my wife and I.
Without going into too much detail, there was an issue (this issue was minor and not entirely the fault of the company) which needed to be quickly remedied.
Normally I dread calling companies. The sad fact is, most companies give the consumer a hard time and make us wait for a solution or give an unsatisfying solution. NOT WITH BIRK BLINDS.

BEWARE OF BIRK BLINDS!!! Birk installed blinds on my brand new display house, instead of attaching heavy Roman blinds to the framework of the wall they attached them to superficial plugs stuck to the surface of the plaster!! As a result the blinds are now falling off my walls and ripping big holes in the walls when they come down! Birk wont take any responsibility for this shoddy workmanship. If only I could add photos on here of the enormous holes ripped in my plaster. DO NOT USE BIRK BLINDS!

If I could put half a star I would!
We bought apartment with Mirvac and they were one of 4 recommended company so we went with them!!! What a disaster it showed to be!!!!
Our sheer curtains will arrive in February and we were only told this the day before installation
We also built two apartments in Rosebud and they cancelled two hours on the day of installation!!! My husband and daughter took time off to be there!!
So today the installation of the curtains is and what a disaster and disappointment!!’ The curtains are wavy and not same length, ends are shorter and looks awful, some of the

We moved into our new home in October and had the pleasure of working with the girls at Birk Blinds. The process was so easy and the girls had great recommendations that worked great! Going into the World Of Style made it so easy to pick our blinds! We got two drapes and they are amazing! Defiantly a stand out piece in our style of home. Will use them again in the future for sure! 5+ Stars!!!!
