Thanks to Sam and his team, they sanded and oiled both of my decks and they did a fantastic job. They were great and turned up on time. Season - if not treated correctly, floors which are laid in winter may crack in summertime. The type and size of timber floorboards. Sam and his team did an amazing job. The floors look like new. Sam is quick, efficient and knows his work. I was going to get the floors sanded, but Sam suggested that a buff and reseal would be just as good: I appreciated his honesty and saved a lot of money.

In 2017 we hired one of the large floor sanding companies in Sydney to limewash the rooms on the ground floor of our home. They used a roller with limewash out of a tin from one of the well-known paint companies, and the result was pretty damn average. This year we hired Sam from 5Star Flooring to limewash our living/dining area and the two bedrooms on the level above - which has tricky access via a spiral staircase. Firstly, Sam applied limewash the authentic way. The floors now look better than they ever did - including when they were newly-installed. Secondly, there was an issue in one room
