I had Jason's team attending to a power point installation and wall mounting TV brackets last Tuesday. I have never had such a bad experience with trades people not using the required tools for the job. To identify studs behind the wall, they created extra large holes in the wall instead of using a stud finder and the TV is not fixed in alignment when they could have used level alignment tool. Jordan who was assigned for this job did not take relevant permission on creating these additional holes in the wall. He did not use the screws provided in ezymount instead used his own screws. Too many screw

We needed help during an extended power failure and they not only responded quickly to meet the need (we had a newborn baby in the house), but they were very generous with their time and resources.
