My wife, my company and I took this firm on as our accountants. After the most bizarre of experiences with this accountant and his staff, who treated us with utter contempt, myself and my company took separate successful legal action against them for breaches of the Consumer Act. Two separate judgments were lodged against Charltons at North Sydney local court. The judgments are both on the NSW court record.
