DO NOT RECOMMEND - WORST experience moving house I have ever had! We had informed the company that we were moving a two bedroom apartment. The movers had brought a small truck that was only big enough to fit a 1 bedroom apartment so they left HALF our furniture in our house. They did not speak a word of English, so we could not communicate with… them - they even called their daughter to try be a translator between us. Not only that, but they left 15 minutes before us, and arrived an hour after us at the new location - who knows where they made a joy pit stop. So $900 later, and we had to

Positive: Professionalism, Quality
Alex and Chris were on time and called us before arriving. They moved all our belongings down 2 flights of stairs carefully and with no damages, while also being COVID safe. They were just lovely to work with, we were very impressed with the speed and professionalism!!

Absolutely Shocking! I booked in 3 weeks before move, paid a $200.00 deposit, called them up 2 days before the move to confirm they would be there and they said ohh no sorry we can’t do it!!!! Seriously 2 days before hand! I asked them if o had not called to confirm how would I have found out they weren’t planning on showing up on the day!
They said a text message!
Sure enough the following day, the day before my big move I got dumped via a text!!

HORRIBLE!! Stay away from these horrid removalists! We just used them 3 days ago and I’ve never used such horrid removalists in my life!! Turned up late, I booked a 10tonne truck yet they arrived with one that can only take just over 5 tonne of items so they made us do 2 trips. This was not what I booked! They complained about taking things… including my toddlers plastic little tikes car, and wouldn’t take the TVs, etc. They pretended on the day that they were being “nice” and had chosen not to charge a fuel levy however their website, quote & receipt from me

Nightmare moving experience
I have moved many time before and this was hands down the worst experience that I have ever had.
It took them 13 hours to move a half empty 2 bedroom apartment to 15 minutes down the road. They insisted on being paid for the full 13 hours on the night at 12.30am and only after numerous emails and calls was I refunded 6 hours.
The removalists were rude and aggressive.
It started with 3 attempts to have the empty boxes delivered to me prior to my move, the first two times arranged for the delivery no one turned up and there was not contact or communication at all.
