I was moving insurance for 2 cars and house and All-Risks was very helpful in explaining the various options available and their recommendations. They did not press for me to agree to options I did not feel I needed. I ask a lot of questions and they were very helpful and patient.

The folks here are not exactly friendly. They try to oversell coverages that are unnecessary for the average person and seem to have a poor grasp on customer needs.
Something about them seems shady.
Edit: They literally tried to sell me a property policy for a property that I didn’t even own/know anything about. They said it would reduce my costs. Shady dealings, STAY AWAY

We have had auto insurance through our broker at All Risks for a several years. He always makes sure we understand any changes and is comprehensive in his analysis, giving us the best quality and affordability for our coverage. We are currently shopping with them for house insurance as well, and have no doubt that we will have superb service for that too!

I had called All-Risks Insurance after my previous company couldn't offer the coverage I needed. I spoke with Leanne who was so extremely helpful and even pointed out things my previous company wasn't doing properly. I highly recommend giving them a call, she was so patient and explained things so clearly to me when I didn't understand the process!
