I live in Sydney but manage to find the rug I was looking for at O'Brien Timber Floor in Victoria. I contacted the store and spoke to Charlie and everything from there on was easy. Being Christmas everything was closed but as soon as everything was back on board my rug was sent. Easy as, can highly recommend the service I received 😊

We shopped around for about 4 months before we chose O'Brien Timber Floors to do out 100 square metre ground floor, using direct stuck engineered timber. We decided that Charlie was the best person to work with, as its very often not just about the products but the service you receive when faced with many different suppliers to chose from. The felt that we were going to get the smoothest installation process while working with our House Volume Builder and we were not let down. We shopped around for over a month trying to source the right type of flooring that would match what we had envisioned in our heads while being in the middle of stage 4 lockdown with a tight timeline meant that this was one tough ask.
