My 15 year old Mercedes C class failed to start unexpectedly one morning. It had to be towed, Ryan (owner and manager) was great and fitted my car in for repair at a very busy time. His skilled mechanics diagnosed the problem the next day. Alas a broken camshaft and the repair would cost more than the worth of the car. Ryan is an excellent communicator and guided me on organising a wrecker to pick up the car.
The whole experience was made bearable by the attitude and attention from Ryan and his team. And amazingly and helpfully, they waived the bill for their services.

Ryan and his team are competent and professional. They deserve the 5 star rating . Ryan is calm , friendly and positive - a great solution finder to any problem , doesn't give you any BS and does an excellent job at a fair price. His team are quality mechanics . I have been to him on 3 occasions for issues with my '97 Saab. Being a pensioner on a tight budget , I have no hesitation recommending him . Thanks guys .

The air conditioner compressor on my Benz failed suddenly while I was visiting Flinders. I spoke with Ryan regularly throughout my ordeal while waiting five hours for the tow truck from my roadside assistance service provider. Ryan was calm, helpful and very reassuring. He and his top team of specialist mechanics checked my car thoroughly upon arrival. He very quickly got back to me informing me that the A/C needed replacing. I told him to go ahead and he promptly ordered a replacement unit. I picked up the car the following week and the car drove like a dream during my three hour journey home

I have rarely encountered such professionalism as Glenstar Prestige offer. I needed new tyres on my car even though it is still under warranty. Ryan offered value for money, and method of tyre installation including use of a torque wrench rather than simply using a 'rattle' gun that impressed me greatly.
I'll be back for mechanical work on both our family cars and recommending this team to my friends.

Fantastic service, we have a Mercedes sprinter work van. We purchased 2nd hand, had it to 2 dealerships after 5+ visits a d $1000s of later we gave up and drove it in limp mode for months. Found Ryan and his team doing a drive by. He diagnosed on first visit sourced a second parts and it hasn’t missed a beat since. Now taking our other vehicles to him. Such a great find, highly recommend his honesty
