Main bed was about as soft as a rock. Couch didn't have elastics or springs - the cushions were laid upon plywood. Toilet was cramped and only had one flush setting - terrible for environment. Shower was dated. Highway was loud. The old fridge was buzzing at night - I had to turn it off to get to sleep. There were people at the entry who looked like they were going to car-jack us. Others looked like they've lived there for 5 years. Only nice thing were the trees. Wouldn't recommend to anyone who values sleep.

Not good, needs urgent attention and updating. Insufficient in all aspects. Sheets paper thin with 1 blanket per bed. Mid winter and that was it, 1 doona per bed could have been 100% better. Towels very, very old and small. I could go on because there was nothing satisfactory in the unit. Communal washing machine room a handy distance but looked abandoned and wrecked.

This place was very unpleasant and it gave off some very creepy vibes. first we got there around 4 in the afternoon to find out key sitting out the front of the reception, when we looked into the reception it was filthy and unattended we did not see a single staff member the whole two 3 days we were there. when we got too our room we found all the doors open and the room smelt like mold killer. which didn’t work because the whole room was covered in mold, we were very disappointed about the fact it looked nothing at all like the pictures, they gave us one towel for two people, there was two pieces

The room was absolutely disgusting. We arrived to find the room open, clearly to air out the smell of urine and cigarette smoke. There was empty bottles of alcohol next to the front door. The carpet is revolting, not only is it stained, there was food squashed into it. We needed to keep our thongs on for fear of infection. The bed was sagging and the pillows and blanket covers were stained. The pillows also were that old the inside was separated. The cook top was rusted and there were cockroaches dead in the kitchen! Needs a major upgrade or at minimum just some attention to detail in both the

Stayed here recently for two weeks with my daughter, we loved it! Love the beautiful slice of land the resort is on, the cabin was well sized for it's price and the pool area was top notch.
In a super convenient location
Plenty of privacy and the staff were hardly seen but super friendly when when they were.
Only cons would be not having an easier contact for enquiries before booking as office is closed, super noisy from the motorway traffic, the games room was pretty old and the rooms walls and furniture were a bit dirty and aged/uncomfy.
Would recommend to everyone, and would definitely book

I would not recommend and will not stay here again. Photos are very deceiving, looked like a nice resort, was excited to stay, price was too expensive for a dump like this. Sheets did not appeare to be clean. Sheets had stains on them, sofa had rubbish in it and dirty lundry sofa sheets had blood stains on it!. Bathroom was filthy and run down, smelt of mould. Not hapoy at all, very unsafe balcony to with dodgy floor boards.

We just had an amazing stay here. Bravo to staff and management doing an amazing job. The grounds here are immaculately kept and the bungalow layout is very unique and picturesque. We had an opportunity to see a few different rooms and recommend asking management to ask what upgrades are available if you are like us and just booked the cheapest available. We are very happy with our experience and highly recommend others to stay. Prior to staying we searched extensively and also stayed at a few other resorts locally. Paradise Palms is by far our top choice for value and setting.

Terrible place to stay. Will not stay here again, nor will I recommend to anyone I know. I wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy stay here. The cabins are old and filthy, the towels are thin and not at all soft. The kettle was disgusting, there are dirty marks all around door handles and lights and on the walls. There is no shower curtain so impossible to have a shower without flooding the small bathroom. The pictures on the website were very deceiving! I only gave it 1 star because I couldn't give no stars.
