I would have hoped that the sellers would openly declare if an item was defective and/or not complete in someway. Bought sunglasses only to find that one lens was scratched and did not come with original box. Again, not openly stated.
PS: Was given a partial refund to cover the cost of new lenses. The chap who managed this was very professional and prompt in his responses.
However, given the volume of poor reviews regarding issues similar to my own (quality of goods), I would have to say that the CC business model needs a major overhaul. Until an improvement is observed by way of more positive
