Asked for my roof to be restored with paint. Instead they quoted me for some premium deluxe package including gutter cleaning, valley replacement, flashing replacement, re-cementing the ridge capping, allowing for 40 broken tiles to be replaced at $7 each (there's probably 3) then quoting me on a 189m2 roof when it's actually 175m2, then painting it.
I asked for a quote for it to just be painted and replace 3 tiles. Then they tell to get another tradesman to replace the tiles. Still no quote.

Outstanding!!!!! After getting several quotes, 4 in fact for my and my neighbours roof restoration and change of paint colour from terracotta to charcoal we chose Michael and his team to do the work. Not only were they price competitive but they offered more coats of paint then anyone else. Primer plus 3 coats when everyone else only offered 2 coats. My roof hadn't been touched in 15 years so you can imagine how filthy it was when they pressure cleaned it but they cleaned uptheir mess.....
