Booked in for a roadworthy and received an honest assessment including QLD rules surround same tyres on the one axle (different from VIC). Squeezed me in when they were super busy, got the work done, and we’re incredibly professional. Disappointed. Second time visitor here. Last time everything seemed to go well, this time not so good. I experienced very poor customer service including arguing with me and throwing things around the office! I contacted with a follow up by email and owner/manager was not apologetic not attempted to retain by future business. I would recommend you find a better place to get your car serviced.

I own an older, not so common car with special needs (2 seater, mid mounted engine, turbo charged) and my regular mechanic was unable to diagnose an ongoing fault causing the car to lurch at low speeds and stall when decelerating to a halt. I don’t blame him as the car is rare and notoriously difficult to work on. However, after spending almost $4,000.00 the car was running worse than it ever had and was even backfiring, big time - “shot gun” backfiring. I didn’t know where to turn and there’s so many sharks out there only too willing to take advantage of the inexperienced. A close friend

The team at Pearson Automotive are amazing mechanics and great people! Jase and his team are always extremely professional and timely, plus always go above and beyond and take the time to explain what they are doing and what will work within your budget. They even took me into the workshop to point out the issues to me in person which was very impressive.
They also have loan cars available if you need a vehicle while your car is being serviced, and even did a contact-free pick-up and delivery service for their customers during the COVID-19 season. 110% recommended!

We took 1 of our 3 work vehicles into Pearson Automotive as they were very highly recommended by another client of ours and we were not disappointed!!
We are a mobile Locksmith business which means any time we have a vehicle off the road it costs us money, the team were so efficient and flexible to work with our timetable. They carried out all of the routine maintenance but then also went above and beyond with a full car inspection so we could plan future services with limited disruption to our clients.

I am so pleased to have discovered Pearson Automative. Jase and his team are great to deal with - helpful, informative, honest and professional. As someone who is very much clueless about car things, Jase made sure that I knew what was been done to my car and why, what I could expect as the outcome, as well as being upfront about cost - all of which I really appreciated. Jase also went above and beyond to fix my automatic window which had been an ongoing issue that I’d almost given up on before asking him to take a look at it. Having dealt with and Daniel from Pearson Automotive I have found that they go above and beyond. I had a flat battery which they came to me and jump started, not only did they follow me to the workshop they waited while I put petrol in the car incase the car didn't start, which it didn't.
The service received from start to finish has made me a lifetime customer and as much as I don't like going to the mechanics I will always refer go back to them.
