Yes, depending on the issue we are able to provide support remotely, on-site, and on our workbench. There's no call out fee for clients within a 50km radius of our offices in Malaga and Devonport. If your business is based more than 50km from our office, we only charge on mileage. It sure is! We've designed our onboarding journey to make it as easy as possible for you, because we know changing IT provider can seem daunting.

I have been a customer of ActivIT for some time and they have always come through in the crunch. Steve and the team at Active IT (including the other Steve, Glen, Matt and Josh) are fantastic! They provide me and my business with great peace of mind in a very technically confusing world for a non-tech person! I have hardly had any issues since starting with Active It because they can easily monitor my computer system in the background and head off any issues that may arise. If a problem does come up they get onto this immediately and the issue is quickly resolved with no down time which is essential in my business. I would highly recommend using Active It.

As with most small business (Demasi Consulting), a working computer is a daily necessity. You can imagine my dismay when mine ceased to boot up during this busy time of year (December). My son kindly volunteered to take the tower back to where we had purchased it; leaving it there despite being told that a repair could take 1-2 weeks! I called activIT (who I had used before with great satisfaction) and they assured me that they would be more more timely. I immediately retrieved my computer from the other provider and dropped it to activ IT late in the day. I was kept informed of the service process

The service at activIT is great! We initially used activIT to service our computers that were having all sorts of problems and have since moved our hosting, email exchange and no doubt many other services in the future over as well. I would highly recommend that anyone who is looking for a reliable IT provider to contact them because not only do they get the job done, they are also a pleasure to deal with!
