Blue Haven is building a pool in my new property. So far the experience has been quite good. The team is prompt and look after the customers needs. I would like to call out Roy, Remonda, Jimmy, Nerissa, Adam and Sandra for their professionalism and courtesy. I hope they continue to provide the same level of service till my job is completed.
There are few minor improvements they can make by listing out all the works needed so it becomes easy for owners like me. Eg: they could've told me to organize for a concrete bed for the filter. I couldnt get it done because the building was handed over by

Blue Haven Pools has managed the design, approval and construction of my swimming pool, which has just finished. I am very happy with the result, definitely exceeded my expectations and certainly achieved some considerable savings compared to other quotes which we received before we picked Blue Haven. There's a lot of expertise within their extended team and they know what they're talking about.

Blue Haven has just finished our pool. We are so happy! The council approval process was made very easy by the team as was the construction. Every trade we had come in was clean and prompt and happy to answer any questions we had. Thank you guys! We were very stressed about digging the hole for the pool as we live in a duplex and access is very tricky but the team at Blue haven made it so easy! They were done in a few hours, we couldn’t believe it! The ladies in the office were lovely and helpful too. Shout out to Izza and Nerissa!!

Blue Haven were great through our entire process, we had a difficult council approval, and they supported us design changes to get council approval, then once we started everything went like clock work, the admin staff were always great informing of next stages and ensuring you had had everything ready ahead of time. Even with a lockdown in Sydney we Blue Haven were able to arrange trades to progress and finish our build.
We just had handover today, and the pool looks amazing. I would have no issues recommending Blue Haven for your pool build its evident they have been doing this for a long time

Absolutely great company to work with.
Blue haven were great throughout the entire build, from signing the contract to the hand over was an easy no stress 12 week process. On time they were onsite when they said they were going to be there even with Sydney in lockdown it didn’t effect us at all. I am a tradesman and I have a very high attention to detail and so do they. All there trades were neat clean professional and good blokes to work with. We hit rock as soon as we started excavation and the price was fair for the variation and they still got it done in 1 day. I would recommend blue haven

I’d like to thank the team at Blue Haven Pools and spas especially Remonda and Richie for the fantastic job done on my two pool duplex project. This was not an easy project as it required the team at Blue Haven to wait for the houses to be built after the initial pools concrete shells where completed and the results are incredible with two well built, in ground, concrete, salt water and self chlorinated pools with blue light as well! Thanks again...highly recommend *****

Our family are so very happy with our pool! Blue Haven family business is a definite recommendation from us!
Remonda and Richie were wonderful to deal with. We are extremely happy with our new addition to our family home!
Majority of the contractors were really great and friendly to deal with also. (And were extremely helpful! Especially right near the end!)
We had a tight timeline and was hoping to get it ready for Christmas and with the weather it began to be quite doubtful but Remonda, Richie and the team pulled through for us! It looks AMAZING AT NIGHT TOO!!!
