We also arrange installation by our trusted installers or can supply you with the accessories required if you'd like to do the job yourself.
He has Level 4 ATFA Licence and has completed numerous flooring courses. Bill also specialises in assessing incompetent work completed by other installers and flooring shops and repairing incorrectly laid floors. He is also the recommended installer of other flooring shops and suppliers. Bill now spends all his time in the shop, helping customers choose the best floor to suit thier lifestyle and budget.

I can't speak highly enough of the fantastic job Bill, Jordan & the team did with the floors for our kitchen & family room! Bill was excellent in helping with floor type and colour choice and I appreciated his no pressure approach! Everyone who has seen our floors has commented on how terrific they look! What can we say? Amazing service, no bill shocks, no funny business. A lot of choice and good advice. They are entirely honest, reliable and friendly. This has been the least stressful aspect of our home renovation. Matt and Adam did an amazing job installing on an existing floor that was challenging because our home is 62 years old. They worked efficiently over two very hot days with no complaints, they solved problems that came up along the way and left our place clean and tidy. We would definitely use this company again.

Not too sure where to begin: 1. Initial discussions with Bill helped us really think about the type of flooring we needed. 2. Then having Bill visit to quote and see for himself was the game changer in terms of the finish we ended up getting 3. Len and the boys with our slate removal were utterly professional and courteous. After they had gone,… there was not a scrap of slate to be seen anywhere 4. Matt and Adam worked like Trojans in laying the floor - again, their professionalism and courtesy were amazing.
