Members of our experienced team pack your valued personal items into double corrugated removal cartons, ready to load into our trucks for transport.
Black Diamond Removals includes insurance on all of our moves to ensure the protection of your items whilst they are moved to your new location. We provide Marine Transit Insurance with cover of $100,000 In any one load against the risk of Fire, flood, water damage, collision and overturning. Loading and unloading, theft, pilferage and non- delivery.

Black diamond collected several pieces of antique furniture and stored it for me. When I called to have it delivered they told me that they don't have it any more. That they cleared out their storage shed and got rid of it. They were pieces of furniture that cannot be replaced. About $5000 worth. They will not return any of my emails and have not offered any compensation. DONT USE Them!!!

Very happy with the service I received this my recent interstate move. Sarah was lovely to deal with and was very accommodating. The two guys who picked my things up in Townsville were super efficient, polite and friendly. Two of the guys who delivered my belongings after they had kept them in airfare for a couple of weeks were exceptionally hard workers, who were also extending polite and friendly.

I hired Black Diamond Removals and found them to be very pleasant and helpful. They packed everything exceptionally well. Nothing was broken and as I am an artist I was concerned about my many paintings and photos. I didn’t need to be as every single one of them arrived safely.
These men went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was comfortably settled into my new home with a minimum of stress.
They unpacked all my hundreds of books and my crockery and cookware and weren’t happy until I was happy with the way my home looked.
