Very slow service, does not return phone calls, ended up having to find another accountant. Very disappointing given the other five star reviews here.
Edit: Sonia gave me a date when my tax return would be complete (with a very generous time frame for her to finish it), then failed to meet her own deadline, without any explanation for the delay. When I questioned why the work was not complete, she sent me an email (didn't even bother to return my phone call) informing me that she resigned as my accountant. When she saw my negative review, she then phoned me to try and pressure me into removing

Sonia has been awesome & a relief. She is fast to reply, always has the answers. If she doesn't have the answer, which is rare, she finds out in record time and always gets back to you. If you're looking for an accountant that is friendly and enthusiastic, than go with Duarte Accounting.
