We relied on Robertson Hyetts Castlemaine Office for the administration of our Mothers estate. The performance of Vesna Pocuca our Solicitor was exemplary. Very professional with her advice and guidance, highly responsive to our queries and requests, and accurate with all the details.
Greta Sabatino who handled our conveyancing needs also provided a very professional and prompt service.
All our contacts with the support team at Robertson Hyetts Castlemaine was of a similar high standard. It was a pleasure to deal with such good people at a difficult time for us. We would not hesitate to recommend

John Wellington and his Team professionally and competently assisted me with advice and the provision of legal documentation in undertaking a four lot subdivision and the conveyance (sale) of 3 allotments. Services included preparation of a Section 173 Agreement (as a condition of the Planning Permit) and securing Council and other Authorities' approval thereto as well as preparing Contracts of Sale and meeting the Land Title Office requirements for the new allotments and the transfers to the new owners.
I would have no hesitation in engaging Robertson Hyetts to again act for me and would recommend

As the POA for my mother I had occasion to call upon the services of Robertson Hyetts Castlemaine branch on numerous occasions. At all time the professional with whom I dealt was thorough, punctual and completed the required business with the minimum of fuss and the maximum of decorum within the expected time frame. A pleasure to work with such competent and professional people. Thank you.

I would advise anyone to steer clear of these guys, especially if your looking at having your Will looked after by them. We had the unfortunate passing of a loved one and after receiving the finished tittle it was named incorrectly. After several emails back and forth being lied to about who was responsible for the incorrect tittle as well as offered a “it doesn’t matter what is on the tittle” (sorry it’s a legal document) it matters! We were offered a cheap fee to fix it. Yet again the mistake wasn’t ours. After seeking advice from another lawyer who gave us proper advise we had the
