HotlineIT conspired with Maxinet to scam me of a premium domain name.
I had been a Maxinet customer for over 20 years. Given their high expertise in the IT industry what they did was unethical and boiled down to scamming. Maxinet intently did not sent me the renewal notice for a premium domain name despite sending renewals out for the other premium names I own. Instead HotlineIT sent out an email to me with a .pdf attachment. I thought it was spam. In the body of the attachment there was a note indicating that the domain was due to expire in the next month or so. I tried to address this matter

We have been with Hotline for a few months now. Far more proactive than our previous IT Support provider. The networking lunches that Hotline IT host are a great idea as they are focused on a topic/product which allows someone (like me) who is not tech savvy, to understand the products better and why our business needs them.
