Structural slab inspector was especially nice, quick and professional. Definitely one of the brighter assets of the company.

If you are looking someone for your work, please do not use Structerre.
Couple of issues seems to have mishandled badly and owners did not get value for money.
Structerre was appointed to look after the owners well in advance as a consultant for small sewer extension works in the subdivision but ended up someone else being looked after, instead of owners.
- No competitive tender process followed;
- Delaying tactic used to buy the time in market approach;
- Left owners with limited options to choose from at 11th hour;
- Not accepted number of other Quotes supplied from Owner's market approach

We had to engage Structerre for and Energy and LCA report for our new build. Had very little prior knowledge about what this all entailed. Debbie from Structerre was not only extremely prompt in answering any queries, took the time to explain a lot of things and provide many options for our build and cost effective alternatives. She was fantastic and so knowledgeable.

My builder choose Structerre for dilapidation report. took little longer than usual but report came through ok. Rating 3/5

We had our Site Classification Report, Compaction Test, Engineering and also booked an Engineers Inspection. Smooth process, good service and price.

Daniel was excellent for doing my CDC , he was extremely fast and done the CDC within a day , he is very responsive to emails and highly recommended Daniel

If you are reading this review I would suggest you keep looking elsewhere.
Completely impractical recommendation for $930. and when I went back to them with the practical solution they wanted to charge that amount again for the recommendation that should have been the one given in the first place.
Why do I feel like I have been ripped off.

Got our home inspected before buying it. Great customer service, quick and responsive. I had to change the inspection appointment a few times but Structerre was very flexible in accommodating my request very quickly. I had a very detailed inspection, suggestions and report from them which was very pleasing. I will use them again. Highly recommended.

In 2018 Structeere Engineering reported on a defective slab on behalf of my chosen builder. Their reporting on the defect was vastly inconsistent with my 2 leading independent engineers. My 2 independent engineers found that out of 14 core samples taken 60% did not comply to the Australian Standards. Structeeres report read very differently. Some… of those differences were 23mm, 10mm 13mm etc all added to the measurements of the cores. I have never had an explination or an apology and I would alleged and argue that had the report been accurate then perhaps it would have not come to such

Have had a really good experience so far with this company, today they took on a job with in a relatively short time frame which meant I didn't have to go searching for another company to meet my deadline. Honest and informative consulting information provided punctually with no other fees or hidden cost.

They got the roof design wrong. Wouldn't change it. Accused me of lying. Waste of money, find another engineering mob, these guys only have eyes on the $$$

We use Structerre quite frequently and the service is consistently great. They say they normally require at least 24hours notice for bookings but I have requested tests with a few hours notice and I have been accommodated with either a technician out in the field or someone from the office would call out. With the changeable nature of construction, having this flexibility is fantastic as giving 24 hours notice is not always practical or possible. Highly recommend.

Structerre have been our go-to for materials and compaction testing and site inspections for many years. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for these services.
They have always been extremely willing to work with us on site to achieve the results we need.

We engaged Structerre in 2012 to complete the structural design of our home. There were some modifications that we had paid for initially. Some of the information required to build had not been included in the drawings and we did initially obtain some relevant information.
We have attempted to contact Structerre a number of times this year to… obtain further advice as the quality of the soil here has drastically impacted our building project, and also to make a couple of additions to the structural plans. We have sent them pictures and my wife has also spoken with them to advise what our

Wasted a couple of grand with these clowns. If you are looking for engineering, find someone else. So many mistakes. Disappointed, The $1200 soil classification consisted of a 3 line soil assessment. Vaguest, most expensive soil test I have ever seen (in 30 yrs of farming). We are back to square one with another engineer. If you want generic, straight out of the filing cabinet engineering with no regard for individual locations and design, then you might be happy with these folks. May our mistake be a warning to others.

I use Structerre almost all of my engineering requirements as they give the best prices upfront and very helpful. They could improve on the communication between different departments but I am still happy with their service and will continue to use them.
