All seams lovely until you get your invoice. She even jokes about getting commission if she can get you more in your return. She is getting paid handsomely enough for her services so I found this a little rude and unprofessional. Verbal and written agreements are thrown out and your tax return is not submitted until you agree to hidden charges. This is a money hungry extortionist accountant. You will find better service and honesty elsewhere.
