Realistically, hardware repairs are often uneconomic, mauning spending 10-12 hours to get paid for 2 hours - and am unable to compete with the Franchises and their market budgets (funded by near $200 an hour charges.)Office 365; and all its componets such as Lync, (now Skype for business), SkyDrive for Business, Hosted Exchange mail accounts, not to mention the large number of different plans in 365.
