When a person dies, those left behind are asked to handle unique legal and financial matters at an already difficult. From abuse of a Power of Attorney to the legal complexities of retirement village licences and granny-flat agreements, . When a person dies, those left behind are asked to handle unique legal and financial matters at an already difficult time.

Treloar & Treloar is a well known and well regarded firm of lawyers. We specialise in Wills and Estates, with expertise across the full range of Contested Estates, Disputed Wills and Estate Administration, Trust Law and Family Law. From our offices in Grenfell Street, Adelaide we have helped South Australians for over 90 years.
Services
Treloar & Treloar is one of the longest continuously-operating legal practices in South Australia. In 1923 Mr James Leonard Sydney Treloar ("Len") commenced practising across all areas of the law at 38 Grenfell Street. He was later joined by his brother Mr Albert Edward Coran Treloar, and the two brothers forged a strong reputation.
Many of our clients remark on the lovely old building we occupy on the third floor at 22 Grenfell Street. We enjoy the charms of the large rooms and high ceilings, but the downside is that the only lift which services the building experiences problems from time to time.

However, we are pleased to advise that, in the meantime, for clients who prefer or who are not able to climb the three flights, we will be using part of the sixth floor at 80 King William Street (corner of Grenfell and King Williams Streets).
Although Treloar & Treloar specialises in the area of Wills and Estates, the variety of work and the areas of expertise within that general field are immense. Administration of Estates, collecting assets and distributing assets according to the terms of a Will or where there is no Will, distributing assets in accordance with the Rules of Intestacy.
A will speaks for you when you are not able to speak for yourself. It is very important to have a carefully considered and professionally drawn will to make sure your loved ones are not left with frustrating legal problems at an already difficult time. If you need a straightforward will and if your financial and family situations are uncomplicated, we charge a set fee of $660.00 for a single will or $770.00 for wills for a couple.
When a person dies, those left behind are asked to handle unique legal and financial matters at an already difficult time. We can help. We help by giving clear explanations of legal terms and of the steps involved in finalising an estate. We help by charging at a reasonable rate, not on commission, and by giving an estimate of costs at the start.

Beautiful Winery and lovely People. The Motus is one of my favourite Reds of all time, but the other wines are astonishing as well. If you are in the Area, a drop by is a must. If you ever come across the wines somewhere, do try them!

Truly excellent wines on the world stage, at unbelievable prices.
And there's a fantastic gite on the premises as well, so you may not even have to leave!

A fascinating insight into the winemaking process from people who are really passionate about that tradition in the Roussillon and have made their home there. Not to be missed when you are in the area.

We have visited Jonathan and Rachel several times, it is a must stop in the Roussillon. A warm welcome, interesting tour and the wines are some of the best you will find at very fair prices. Highly recommended

Great wines and a great tour. Jonathan goes into so much detail about how the wine is produced and what are the important factors in producing the different flavours. He also talks about the methods of growing the vines and the techniques for knowing just the right time to harvest. Informative and interesting.

Domaine Treloar is a must visit on any wine tour of the region. Their wines are delightful (try the Motus!) and they are so knowledgeable about their craft and are happy to share it with you. They also have a gite to rent. We stayed in it during our visit and we would definitely go back. Very comfortable, clean and homey. We had such a wonderful time that Domaine Treloar is the reason why we plan to return next year.

Innovative high class wines on a price-worthiness-level, which can give you only one conclusion: Buy it, store it, drink it. And if you have the Chance to take a guided Tour through the Wineyards with Jonathan Hesford, use this opportunity. You will learn a damn lot about making wines - especially as an outsider in a conservative wine making region.

If you want to buy really high quality locally grown wine in the Pyrenees Orientales, from a very talented winemaker, then look no further than Domaine Treloar. Their wines regularly take top spots in guides written by people who know what they’re talking about, and rightly so. They are also English speaking which really helps if your French isn’t up to much. Of course, they speak French too.
