Ordered a necklace and the wrong one was sent. I actually lost money because I had to pay for postage to return the necklace in order to get refund. Peter Lang didn't refund me for the postage. The necklace cost $30 and essentially I received a refund for $28 when the wrong necklace was sent! Will never buy from here again.
