This process included involving a colour consultant from Dulux to discuss colour options. Everyone involved in this job were highly skilled, very courteous towards us, and each demonstrated a deep understanding of their profession.
Our fully insured painting service is available with the option of using our colour consultants to assist you with that often crucial colour choice whether it is for the interior or exterior painting or for new or old homes. Painting and decorating the interior of your home can transform it from a boring living area to an inspiring one with that 'wow' factor.
We conduct a site visit for a consultation and inspection to determine the scope of the project. We will also measure your space and assess the surface for problems that may need to be addressed such as rising damp, moulds, mildew, rotten timber, and excess moisture. We'll sit down and discuss your preferences and requirements such as the colour scheme to be used and the type of finish.
We engaged BJC Painting after obtaining 3 quotes and decided on BJC Painting because of their approach and understanding of our requirements. Whilst not the cheapest their work is typical example of you get what you pay for. Our job was a bit complicated with various areas and different types of paint and work required.

Brett's runs and excellent painting service. He has a very efficient quoting process and he kept to his word regarding timing of the work to be done. We had a significant amount of interior painting to do including mouldy ceilings and areas with water damage. The team that worked on our painting, Camillo and Matthew, were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and they were considerate with life in the house going on around them. Their attention to detail and pride in their work was evident and the final result showed the care that they took with the job they did. We would have no hesitation asking

In February 2021 we were fortunate to ask Brett Callander (BJC Painting Services) for a quote to paint the interior and exterior of our home and the boundary fences.
We agreed on a price with work planned to commence week commencing 14 June. All went to plan over the next 10 weeks with the job completed to a very high standard on 25 August.
We are very happy with the result because of the highly skilled craftsman Brett employs to undertake these projects. This process included involving a colour consultant from Dulux to discuss colour options.

We just used BJC Painting Services for a second job, having previously used them to paint all our windows interior and exterior last year. We were just as happy with the second job as the first! A fantastic job by the team and we are so happy with it (this job was painting our carport and some other small exterior areas). Nothing was a problem, good value for money, polite professional service and the site left spotless. Looks great and I would recommend to anyone wanting a painting job, big or small.

We engaged BJC Painting for our house renovation at Wooloowin which included both internal and external painting. Brett and his team were professional, reliable, had good attention to detail and were approachable to provide advice along the way. Brett was very flexible to adjust to changes during the job. Very pleased with the standard of work by BJC. The quote was mid-range out of 5 we looked at. Why BJC? We had a look at some of their work and the quality was excellent. The painters were punctual, quiet and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were also able to offer maintenance advice (being a 1930s Queenslander) to keep the house in good condition and also mentioned a couple of things to look out for in future. From the moment BJC first contacted me the quality of service was excellent. Brett was prompt with all emails and extremely professional. He was able to guide us through colour and finish options with the best advice. So glad we listened to his advice! Luke arrived at our house every morning courteously waiting in his car to enter on the agreed… time of 7:30 a.m. His painting was of an exceptional standard and he finished everyday with completely packing away all evidence of a painter being in the house. Our 1920s workers cottage in Paddington was last renovated and painted 20 years ago. We chose BJC Painting for exterior painting including the front of the house, 8m above ground level. Luke and Scott did an excellent job on preparation – cleaning, filling all weatherboard gaps and restoring weather worn areas. We are very happy with the finished… paint work. Beyond the quality of workmanship these guys were a pleasure to have around – they were punctual, friendly and respectful of neighbours and property, did what they said they would do and never complained about the difficulty
