Dave from Electron is very accommodating, prompt with his service, knows what he is talking about and is a pleasure to deal with. Onsite appointment times are provided in blocks of 1 hour so scheduling your day is made so much easier! After installation follow up and service is excellent.... I would not hesitate to recommend this business.

Dave arrived on time and completed the job in good time. We are very satisfied with the work done. We now have had a ducted vacuum and an alarm system fitted using this company and are very satisfied with both systems working well. We have had the odd query which has been answered on the phone with out the necessity of a call out.

Tried to get assistance with parts and installation, but because we lived in a rural location we were just rudely dismissed, we were referred there from the Sydney Office but was told in the Gold Coast I should try back there, Ashmore within 30klms, Sydney within 1000klms. If you live just outside their suburban comfort zone expected to be treated rudely and without regard or respect. Really felt hurt and disrespected by this company, and I only live 14klms outside the town centre they are not as they advertise to be as a national company. There are no minus starts or I would give minus 5 Stars
