BAC provide tailored Insurance solutions for all types of strata developments. The insurance program must be designed in line with Strata Legislation and Legal agreements. One of the greatest exposures to developers is the transition from construction to registration & completion. This is where BAC's combined expertise around construction and Strata insurance comes into play.
BAC are a member of the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) and are bound by their Code of Conduct. The Code sets out standards for Brokers to follow when dealing with clients including requirements to inform clients of remuneration arrangements and any conflict of interest.
