Selling a property can be a very stressful experience, especially when the market is so unpredictable and when it is your first auction. In my situation, the sale process was not stressful at all. Martin from Bells Real Estate showed commitment and ongoing confidence that my property would sell. He also kept me up to date with what was happening, who was coming through and any comments that were being made.
Inspections are permitted by private appointment, to a maximum of 10 people, subject to density quotient of 1 person per 4sqm (with the exception of settlements or end of a leasing agreements). Our commitment to our clients remains unchanged and we continue to deliver outstanding results in helping people achieve their property goals.

This is my first experience renting house from an agent. My bond was returned full. I stayed in a quite old house, with some imperfections here and there. There was one day when the wind is so strong that the screen door hit and broke the window. The agent responded it quickly and by the next day the window is replaced. Thank you Estella, Kristy and team.
