I booked a move with these people, they rang me at 3:30pm the day before my move and said "sorry our truck has broken down.. we can't move you tomorrow, do want to make a new day and time" my entire weekend was planned around the move.. they didn't offer to hire a truck to complete the job. Very very poor. I know trucks break down but you don't leave a person high and dry and say sorry but we can't move you!

I had a two bedroom until all packed up in storage. Only had to transport to a neighbouring suburb. The two guys were pleasant but their English was terrible. Hard to communicate properly.
They were late. And were waiting for me when I got there even after arranging for them to start without me. They slow, no sense of urgency I was helping as well and did at least twice as many trips. Didn't pack the truck properly, left my couch and a bike which they had to go back for. Turned boxes upside down when it was pretty clear which way they needed to go. Damaged some of the furniture.
Charged me $200

I booked the IMove Group to transport my son's belongings from the family home to his new home interstate. I witnessed the packing of his goods onto the truck; my son will take delivery of his goods at the other end of the journey.
Karmen and Nawras did exactly as they said they would do.
They called one hour prior to arriving and arrived on time.
They packed efficiently and carefully, wrapping all delicate items and securing the load ready for long distance travel.
They were polite and respectful, and the service was more than affordable. From my experience today, I would highly recommend
