I just would like to say how caring you guys were. My friend’s dog has passed and because my friend’s age and mobility she wasn’t able to say her goodbyes at the clinic. I was so moved when my friend got her dog’s urn, little dog fur and a hand written card with her paw stamped. It was very nice! Thanks for all the work and caring !

Friendly staff, an excellent, personable vet, who went out of his way to explain procedures and processes to me. I came away with some fairly priced medication, a free sample, some GoVets educational pamphlets and the impression I wasn't being ripped off or being 'upsold' as in other commercial vet organisations. Nick Tan at GoVets came recommended and it is clear why.

My dog had to be put down as she had reached the ripe old age of 13 and was not able to keep food down anymore.
The staff were lovely, very professional and gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes and were sensitive and compassionate. Gentle and loving with Chloe in her last minutes.Highly recommend, your pets will be in good hands.
