Never have I come across such an unprofessional outfit. We put an offer in on a block of land which was for tender. Well we waited and waited and didn’t hear a thing. 2 and a half months and not Once did the agents Corey or Rachel actually call me to update me with the progress. This block was with liquidators and their response was that they hadn’t heard back from them. Even so just a courtesy call to the customer to let them know each week where it was at even if they didn’t have any further info but to just take an offer then offer up no communication what so ever on the offer is completely

I was sent a contract to purchase land by this R/E agency which I signed and returned. I was ASSURED that the property “would not be sold from under me” when I asked if the signed contract held the block until the seller made a decision. Next thing I receive a phone call from this unscrupulous company advising me that they had sold the block to another buyer. Their only loyalty is to their hip pocket in my opinion. Very disappointing experience. One star given because I have to.
