From the initial consultation, we had a good feeling that our requirements were genuinely being listened to and that even though we weren't planning anything extravagant, our job was treated as something "special" to us. This was our first experience in building a new home, and after the experience with our builder where any communication was restricted and changes were extremely painful, dealing with Alliance Landscaping was a pleasure.

Alliance Landscapes just completed landscaping my yard, they edged, trimmed existing shrubs, moved plants, planted new shrubs, and also helped keep my dog in the yard. Everything was done with great care and attention to detail in a timely manner. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Randy and his team are very professional doing quality work at reasonable prices. They work quickly and turn out beautiful work. They never leave your property without cleaning up the day's work. Randy and his crew of expert craftsmen just completed a large pool decking, kitchen, fire pit and landscaping project. Their work and attention to detail has been the best quality and service I've ever had. Randy is an excellent leader and site manager who maintained constant updates and dialogue about our project. This was a big project that took several months, and involved several additional and adjustments as it evolved. Randy was always flexible, accessible, and open and forthright about cost additions that occurred due to our changes - as well as on several occasions making recommendations

Randy and his outstanding team did an amazing job not only when installing the paver walkway, but helping guide us with ideas and suggestions. Because the area gets so much shade and grass has a hard time growing, decided to use high quality artificial grass. His installers are some of the nicest and hardest workers, and they take great pride in what they do. Without reservation, will use again, and recommend to those who are interested in top notch work.

Let me first state, bluntly, that I have no regrets hiring Randy and his team with Alliance Landscapes. Being and Architect myself, I deal with different contractors on a daily basis, monitoring construction and quality control for my clients.
Randy does free estimates and turns them around in a timely fashion. He was helpful and patient throughout the permitting process. This project required a retaining wall permit (any wall over 5'-0" tall in Wake county needs one) and a septic re-alignment permit. After we finally had permits in hand, and they began work, the project was completed in 3 weeks

Alliance Landscapes did a fantastic job on our rental property! Randy met with us on-site to outline a plan and offer his suggestions providing a detailed quote later that day. We were looking for a reliable company that would be able to set a drainage system as well as handle the landscaping on the property and Randy and his crew did just that! This property was a mess and we had serious issues with drainage as well as a lack of landscaping after years of neglect.
