I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment and googled locksmiths in my suburb. Eastern Suburbs Locksmiths came up so I gave them a call. I was told the fee would be $180, which seemed a lot since it was during business hours on a week day but I was desperate so I said it was fine. However, after talking through the details - I couldn't let the locksmith in to the car park and we'd need to get a neighbour to let them in to the building (it's a secure complex so if you don't have keys/a security fob it's difficult to get in) they decided it was too complicated and they wouldn't be coming.

If you are looking for honesty, good old fashioned service and respect you need to come here. I can honestly say I haven't found this type of service anywhere else in the whole of this country. Thank you again and If I have any further need of a locksmith I'll be back.

Honestly I’m blown away with the service.
I rang these guys at 7am and Josh rang me 7 minutes later to say he had arrived.
Very efficient and polite with his work.
I ended up having to get a key made which got delivered within 15 minutes.
Thank you Josh for your good work and I’d 100% recommend these guys. By far the best customer service I’ve ever had with any company.
