I took my 3 kids here 31.12.2021 for a clean and fluoride treatment, the team were courteous and efficient putting the kids at ease. I would have given a 5 star review but for a billing issue where the kids were charged at the adult rate in error. Kylie the practice manager was proactive in resolving this matter by returning the difference between what we paid and what we should have paid.
Given the ownership and action taken to correct their billing error i would be happy to return as a customer when next we need dental work done.

First of I will start with the fact I really do not like dentists and never have from a very young age. From the first time I spoke with gentle dental care it was a great experience helped put my mind at ease and went above and beyond in care and support. I can confidently say I have had the best experience with Dr Mamta she is very caring and goes through every step of the process to make sure I was comfortable and at ease.

Thank you for fitting me in today for my wisdom tooth that has been giving me grief for a few days. Dr Mamta Soni was very understanding, caring and made sure I was comfortable enough to go ahead with the procedure when I was feeling quite anxious. I had 4 teeth extracted . Dr. Mamta is the lady to see .. I was really surprised how quick the process was.. it only took 30 mins to pull all 4 teeth and I hardly had any pain the following days .. great friendly staff and doctors. I recommend Dr Mamta to anyone who needs extractions or fillings done .. very happy with my experience at Gentle Dental!

I would like to thank Dr Joon Park and his amazing assistant Shelley for the care and understanding they showed me during my appointment today 26/10.
I am terrified of going to the dentist and have always been from a young age but because of the caring and gentle nature of Dr Park and Shelley today I was put at complete ease and I would highly recommend them both if you are a nervous patient.
I have been a patient of Redlands Gentle Care for quite a few years and I have NEVER had any complaints about the staff there as they are truly a gentle and caring team from the girls on the front reception

What a wonderful practice! I saw the lovely hygienist Jodie and I couldn’t recommend her enough! She was so gentle and thorough throughout the appointment and made me feel so calm and answered all my questions really clearly. The receptionist Kylie was fantastic, she went through my treatment with me and really took the time to help me understand everything as well as offered different payment options to make things easier. As a very nervous patient walking in, they had me feeling really good about myself walking out. They definitely live up to their name at gentle dental!
