Had problems with our reverse cycle unit. Rang Sav and he came to out the next day. Problem was fixed promptly, new controller provided and unit was serviced. Extremely happy with the service provided by Sav. Would absolutely recommend him.

Originally when my AC unit failed I tried to get Daikin to fix it, but there was no one available for a week and it was a hot spell so I tried one air conditioning service company in Adelaide and their technician came out, looked at the error code on the machine, said they could not get spare parts and sent me a quote for buying a new system, with options ranging from $12,000 to $14,000. Not happy with this service response I complained to them and they refunded their fee, which I figured was fair enough.

Sav, the owner, came out and had a look at my unit after it displayed an error code. After a quick look, he came to the conclusion that it would be better to replace the whole ducted unit rather than repair it ($6k-9k). He also provided a quote to repair it ($4k). He had said that the outside unit board was fried, and the compressor had an earth leakage.
I then got another service agent to inspect it (official Fujitsu), and they correctly diagnosed that the inside electrical board (in the roof) was fried. They replaced this on the spot and the whole job was done in an hour and cost $300. He also

Very expensive for the time spent on my air conditioner. The problem with my unit was apparent very quickly - the filters were choked. He removed them and I cleaned them. A few checks of the external unit and the job was finished within 15- 20 minutes maximum. This was $185 on credit card or $150 cash. I was not happy but it was my fault as I did not ask for his pricing beforehand and I should clean the filters more often. I wont use this service again because of the high cost.
