We highly recommend doing business with Great Scot Plumbing!
We were in need of a plumber for a bathroom and vanity remodel job.
While shopping at Home Depot we noticed a jeep parked next to us with the logo “Great Scot Plumbing” on it.
When the owner of the jeep walked out we asked him what his plumbing schedule looked like and if they were excepting new clients. He said they were very busy but he made time for us and came out the very next day to assess the cost of our project. We received an estimate within the next 24 hours. Scott seemed friendly and personable not to mention their prices

Scott was so quick to help me--I had a new water heater within 24 hours of when mine when out and I contacted him. He was friendly and efficient and he installed a top of the line water heater for me at an excellent price. I will use his company again for any plumbing related issues that come up for me!

I called to find out if they ran water lines to a new addition bathroom. He asked me what contractor was building i gladly told him then he said he's had issues with people in Huntington... So he's not interested. He assumed we lived in Huntington from our phone number. I never told him were we are located. So if you have a roanoke/ huntington phone number just skip this company bc he thinks everyone will be a problem from this area! Your loss Great Scot Plumbing!

I called and left a message during business hours. Simply asking if he did free quotes & that we had questions about installing plumbing in our unfinished basement and possibly moving some drain and water lines.
The voicemail I received back was "My number is 580-3651 this is Great Scott Plumbing. I would like you not call me ever again thank you."
This is completely rude. Why would you even call back to say something like that? Worst customer service!
