Cable Locates & Consulting was established in1999 by Mark Dentice, who was the first approved subsurface utility locator and trainer in Western Australia. With over 30 Years in the utility asset detection industry his experience is vital in the Industry of Subsurface Utility Engineering.
Mark has always led by example in the Industry and ensures all of Cable locates staff are qualified and have a minimum of 4 years experience before they obtain their Qualified Utility Locator status within our company.Our company is dedicated to offering engineering solutions to our clients while maintaining an impeccable safety record and no delay service.

The Australian Standard (AS 5488) is intended to provide utility owners, operators and locators with a consistent method of classifying subsurface utility information. The application of this standard is intended to provide greater public safety and reduce costly infrastructure damage through a greater understanding of the different accuracies regarding utility location information.
