Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Just had Fotek do our preschools photos for the first time. I have to say, the photos were beautiful and the photographers and office staff were so easy to deal with. Photo day ran so smoothly and we received the photos back quickly. They were very accommodating booking our photos in after covid. Highly recommend !

Best preschool photos EVER!!
I have been using Fotek since 1994 as a staff member, the director of a centre and a parent. The photos have always been outstanding. I find the needs of the changing community are always met and listened to, this shows as often the following year the photo set ups are slightly changed to cater for current trends. I have tried other photographers who have not compared at all and have professionally let us down. Thankfully Fotek has saved us at these times. Any ideas or feedback given are professionally received and dealt with appropriately.

We have used Fotek for our class photos in the past with no issues however when we called them to book our graduation photos and give positive feedback on their service we thought it was fair to pass on feedback from some of our families that their package pricing was not affordable. Well, they did not like that! We tried to explain that their pricing was their decision and that we only wanted to pass on what we have been told, but we decided to end the call when they accused us of being "very rude!". After a few tears we decided to go with another company.
