This company is great. Not only are their prices great, the have great customer service. I have only place one order with them, but their help (what do I know about blinds!) great. .The questions that I asked via email were answered promptly and were a great help. And then they refunded the difference between what I paid and the actual cost of shipping! What company does that?! They only operate online, no pickup is available, but they sure are honest on the shipping costs
