Our calendar is on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and we do not change during our Summer. I help people who aren't where they want to be emotionally, socially, mentally, in their workplaces or in their sexuality. I want you to make the changes that will support you to be the most brilliant self that you can be. Additionally as a relationship therapist I'm well versed in the experience after relationships end or when people seek to find an ideal partner.
We use a structured approach to give you both the skills you need to resolve relationship challenges, improve your connection, encourage respectful and purposeful discussions, increase intimacy and have a level of closeness that builds trust and true friendship. Conflict can get out of hand because you can be triggered by factors that may not be in your conscious thoughts.
Dr Don Wyatt PhD, Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) offers a 90 minute first appointment. He will analyse all symptoms and current medications and prescribe approaches that include dietary and lifestyle adjustments. He prescribes remedies and supplements tailored specifically to your situation and will assess your responses.
Our work and work places can be challenging. I provide a safe, supportive place to reflect, vent, develop clear and sound strategies and uncover the ways to create your work into the best of allied health professionalism. I can support work with transference and countertransference. I can debrief your confronting experiences.

She dug deep into issues in a confidential, non-judgmental way and restored confidence again that went missing years ago. All with good humour and compassion in a safe, comfortable environment.
Her Monday night meditation sessions were a valuable tool in between sessions to help calm the mind and showed me a life-long practice I'll hold onto, Thank you so, so much Jani.
