Del Giorno Cafe
Kris's Private Kitchen offers a taste and experience of the best seafood and produce that Eyre Peninsula has to offer. Choose one of the set menus or why not indulge in a private Masterclass Dinner. You will get to watch and learn valuable tips while Kris prepares the meal in front of you. After a month inland we were craving fresh seafood - and we got it with a vengeance.

The oysters au natural were the best I have tasted anywhere, fresh and tender and the tuna steak mains were delicious. If you have room, squeeze in a piece of the home made fudge, it is to die for. Service very friendly and helpful without being pushy.

Great food, great service (Luke!), with an unpretentious atmosphere. Every time my partner and I are in Port Lincoln, we make it a point to stop by Del Giorno’s.

Everything about the entire experience exceeded all expectations. We were served by the sweetest, most upbeat woman I've ever met. The drinks were absolutely lovely (I've never heard of a margarita with sorbet in it before, but now I'm hooked!) And the food was astounding. The oysters were the best I've ever had (which is to be expected in the eyre peninsula), the abalone gnocchi was to die for, and my mother who is notorious for eating like a bird absolutely smashed the prosciutto wrapped chicken breast. If that isn't a top compliment then I don't know what is.

Over from Adelaide for the weekend and Del Giono’s kept coming up as a must try…. So we did and we weren’t disappointed!
The food was great quality and full of flavour, the staff were friendly and very attentive, even kept us informed about of food as there was a large group in and we had ordered after them so a long way down the list in orders.
All the reviews are correct, make sure you visit Del Giono’s when in Lincoln.

A very busy spot but staff was lovely with their service to accommodate the crowd. Was asked to wait outside for a bit until a table is available - was promptly greeted and served when we got a table. We ordered a seafood platter, was delish! Would recommend a stop by.

My partner and I were really excited about this place. The menu looked amazing and the plates on other people's tables looked good. However when it came to our meals.. we ordered a small pizza as a starter and for $17 it was not that special, it was under cooked ans took ages to come. Our pastas also took forever to come at least the pastas were good. But in all was a bit disappointed with the service.

Tourist trap. They over-charge and give you tiny portions. Save your money. Go to the Fresh Fish place instead for great seafood.
They charged $39 for only several slices of tuna and king fish sashimi that required no preparation. Total waste of money. Portion tiny for a main.

Went for dinner on a Saturday night. Restaurant was quite busy and loud. Service was fairly prompt, was offered drinks at the table and they arrived quickly enough. Water was brought to the table without needing to ask which is always good.

Our table ordered some pasta, a chicken main and a pizza. The pizza looked very nice, not overloaded and nicely toasted. My partner had the pasta which didn't get anybody too excited, but it was serviceable. It wasn't particularly flavoursome but it was a good portion and the mushrooms and ham were cooked nicely.

I ordered a chicken breast stuffed

The service was quick and food menu was extensive making for a difficult choice. Ended up getting the gluten free chicken Royale pizza. Skeptically gf pizza in past from other places as left much to be desired, Del Giornos one absolutely changed that for me. The dough was soft and tasty with the toppings melting to base.
Others on our table throughly enjoyed the vegetarian risotto and the calamari. With our whole table making sure there was room for the numerous dessert options available.
Would be perfect for a coffee and cake only dinner too as the dessert sizing made sure you well and truly

This place came recommended by my cab driver and the info center and hasn't disappointed. We split the big breakfast with perfectly poached eggs and a tasty sausage. Gluten free bread is available for an upcharge if you're interested. We went by later in the day for a snack. They offer a big plate of roasted pita and 3 spreads.

I've been here many times for coffee and this is only the 2nd time that I've been here for dinner (aka tea).

There was 6 of us and we were very comfortable and well taken care of by the wait staff. The atmosphere is casual and the view of the foreshore is really nice.

All our meals were really tasty. We had a main order of fried calamari as a starter and it was cooked perfectly .. which is usual the downfall of many restaurants. The seafood dishes that we ordered for our mains (tuna, whiting and mussels) were all nicely cooked and favorable. The pasta and lamb dishes were also very

We went in a large group of 14 people. They were prompt and allowed us to split the bill. The food was quite nice. I had battered king George whiting. It was really nice, not too much batter which is a good thing. Some people said their chicken and prawns were over cooked. The staff were polite and always available to offer drinks. The oysters and devilled scallops were great. We also had cheesy garlic bread which was alright too

I've heard a lot of good things about dels so I made sure we booked in as soon as I knew I'd have a few days in Lincoln.

Atmosphere- very casual dinning even to the point you can order at the counter.

Service- I can't say a bad word other then the meals did take a fair bit of time (we did have a group of 8 so it's hard to complain too much.

Food- the menu reads amazingly, everything sounded so good to the point I really struggled to make a discussion. I ended up going for the oysters (natural) for a starter. They where, understandably some of the best I've ever tasted

This cafe * restaurant is right at the beach facing the port. They have both indoor and outdoor service. Great for nice afternoon coffee with friends or family. Dinner is Very nice. Great fresh seafood, love the natural oyster from coffin bay, nice services as well. However, not much choice of dessert, tiramisu was hard, bit disappointed. Overall, not bad a little seaside restaurant.

Only a breakfast visit, so can't comment on their main business. Enjoyed the toasted sandwiches, and the mug-sized coffees were very generous & delicious.
