Not happy with this service. It has taken far too long to send me a usable version of my logo (as in high res as a png file). I was sent my original logo last year, thinking it would have been a high resolution already. But it wasn’t. I’ve contacted them 4 times now to be sent a png high res version and I’ve received a PDF- which is not what I asked for.
