Called the Tacoma branch and spoke to Joe just making inquiries. Joe was friendly, professional and very helpful even though he knew they couldn’t help me with the project I am looking to build. Before I hung up the short call, I got information I needed and a contact for a designer. What a good service! I can’t imagine how helpful they would be building homes!

True Built home did not put the appropriate rebar in my foundation, among a myriad of other quality issues. They poured my foundation without the county approval. They built the house on top of a bad/weak and thin foundation. Carol Mann (owners wife) told me to not worry about it and trust the experts (them). They got the stop work order lifted because their engineer, John Hodge, lied to county (and admitted so in court). This was not the only issue I had with them. There were too many others to count. My project manager mysteriously left the country around the same time I hired a lawyer. Jason

Dave Culp, a True Built project manager, was a huge asset to my home build project. He was great to work with: approachable, responsive, friendly, customer-focused and helpful. He made my experience with True Built Homes a good one. Dave epitomizes the best kind of employee . I have really enjoyed working with him.

As the first customer for True Built's Seaview model, I was expecting some unpleasant surprises since there was bound to be a learning curve. To True Built's credit, the building process was remarkably smooth and the end result is an amazingly beautiful home. My experience working with the team in the Tacoma office is that they are very competent and truly care about doing a quality job. I particularly want to thank Andy who dealt with up-front sales, Paul James for customizing the stock floorplan, Mia who offered excellent advice on design options, Jason for keeping small issues from growing into
