We have a computer programme that lists every vehicle service recommendation for each make and model so we know exactly what your vehicle requires and when. Radiators, hoses, water pumps, radiator caps, cylinder heads, thermostats, cooling fans and cooling system flushing and testing. Due to our great Toyota training, mining field experience and light commercial knowledge, we specialise in all 4WD servicing and repairs.

We use an Automatic Transmission Flushing Machine to do 100% replacement of all automatic transmission fluids. Everything from ball joints, shock absorbers, control arms, struts, bushes and springs to wheel alignment and wheel balancing. We offer both diesel engine and petrol fuel injection servicing, diagnosing and repairs including European cars.

Wouldn’t recommend went for rocket gasket replacement ended up with heavy engine misfire from them breaking cords and sparks Then telling me I have to pay for parts and labour on something they broke to then tell me it wasn’t that but they had put faulty parts in Would strongly go somewhere else for a professional view

Absolutely INCREDIBLE service! My car broke down in Northam right at the end of the day. Eric was on the phone several times trouble shooting, and had Steven and Sam come out to help. These young men came out after a long day of work, brought me a bottle of water, got the car working enough to travel (even heading into Northam to get tape), drove my car back to the shop and drove me home - and they were SO nice about it. Jentec have our loyalty forever. Have never seen such amazing service from a business. Thanks so much!

My 2007 Subaru Impreza was put through the shop for new breaks and a service and came out with a new lease of life!! I highly recommend Jentec Auto Services because they went beyond just a normal service !! Seriously, my car has not driven as well since the day it left the car yard, over 10 years ago! I can’t thank Dawn and Eric enough for their fantastic service and honesty!
The T-belt light popped up on my Prado dash on my road trip Karratha to Mount Helena. I rang a few other hills mechanics and although they were flat out Eric was happy to have a look and help me out. And even guaranteed he would have the car ready to go that arvo so I can… make my way back up North.
After all that, my car didn’t need a new belt and Eric showed me the belt had been replaced early at 100,000km. So thankful for a honest mechanic and so grateful for the service.

Absolutely old school politeness and professionalism. Eric has worked on my 80 series Landcruiser and my 1962 Valiant. Two completely different vehicles with obviously different mechanicals. Both results have been perfect. I am not a mechanic but have a reasonable understanding of my cars. When Eric found a couple of things that I was unaware of,… he rang me to explain and asked if I wanted to go ahead with it.Great communication! Had my car serviced for the first time by Jentec yesterday. What an amazingly easy experience. Dawn collected my car from home, took it to their workshop, did what was required and then dropped the car back… sparking clean !! This is my new favourite hills business !
