We begin every job with a thorough inspection of the property to accurately assess the risk of future termite damage, or the level of damage already incurred. Regardless of your pest situation, Concept Pest Control have you covered. And our general pest control services come with a 12 month warranty. We inspect and treat both commercial and residential buildings.

Brad did our pest inspection when buying our property. He was incredibly thorough- providing both in-person handover and detailed report. Friendly and approachable, Brad was really helpful in detailing issues and also what would be needed to resolve them. I felt listened to and not silly to ask questions. After we purchased the property, we had no hesitation in getting Concept Pest back to do all the jobs needed. Prompt, polite and professional- highly recommend.

Don't look any further, Brad is the best! Brad completed our Pest inspection for us a few months ago, he is thorough and professional. We recently had him back to protect our first home with a termite barrier. He explained the process and the chemicals, he also answered all our questions about the various creepy crawlies that are wreaking havoc in our garden. All in all Brad was a pleasure to deal with and we cannot recommend him enough!
